Dana Kinsey has a BA in English and an MA in Theater from Villanova University. She is a poet, actor, freelance writer, fine-arts teacher, and theater director.
Her poetry has been published by several national literary journals, including ONE ART, Spillwords Press, Tweetspeak, Silver Needle Press, Writers Resist, The Yellow Chair Review, The Broadkill Review, Fledgling Rag, and For Women Who Roar. Her stage play, WaterRise, premiered at the Gene Frankel Theatre in Greenwich Village in June 2015 and was also produced by Sagesse Productions as a short film. She is a faculty member in the Fine and Performing Arts Department at Lancaster Catholic High School in Pennsylvania where she teaches Acting Technique, Dramaturgy, British Literature, Playwriting and Expressive Writing. |
